Delivery - Standard (UK Mainland) Postage & packing is charged by the final weight of your combined purchases. Small items that will fit into a jiffy bag and weigh under 1.0 Kg will be charged at 2.95, items up to 1.50 Kg will cost 4.95, items up to 2 Kg will cost 7.95, items up to 7.5 Kg will cost 9.95 and items up to 10 Kg will cost 13.95. We aim to dispatch all orders within one day of the order being placed, but at peak times of the season this is not always possible. Delivery - The Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland Please note that on all shipments over 2.0 Kg (7.95 rate) to the Scottish Islands, Highlands, N Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles there is an additional surcharge of 7.50, and on all shipments over 2.0 Kg (7.95 rate) to the Channel Islands there is an additional surcharge of 10.00. Please ensure you adjust your checkout total to avoid delays Delivery - Hazardous Items Hazardous items such as Flares will be charged at 19.95 delivery charge. Delivery restrictions may apply. Delivery - Overseas All overseas orders will be given a carriage cost on receipt of your order, do not use the rates quoted at checkout for UK Mainland delivery. We welcome postage quotes via email, fax or phone. Note: Due to continual changes regarding the rules and regulations that govern the transportation of hazardous goods, it may be required to re quote for the cost of delivery of certain items. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the delivery prices quoted at the time of your order are accurate and correct there may be occasions when either the package contents or the delivery location will require us to amend the delivery cost which you will be charged. In EVERY instance a member of our sales team will contact you to authorise this alteration in the delivery cost.
Returns Policy Items must be returned within 7 days - please contact us immediately a problem is discovered, detailing the nature of the problem by email at returns@selbyboatcentre.co.uk Faulty and damaged items will be replaced and sent out by return on receipt and verification by us of the defective item. Unwanted Goods must be unused and returned in original packaging with instructions, and within 7 days of delivery. Unwanted goods will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee, and a credit note issued by return. Your statutory rights are unaffected. |
